Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy

・We cannot accept any cancellations, reservation cancellations, changes, returns, or exchanges after purchase due to customer reasons.

・In the unlikely event that a product is defective or delivered incorrectly, we will exchange it, so please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

We cannot accept exchanges after 7 days from the date of arrival, so please check the condition of the product immediately after it arrives.

*Please note that if there is no stock available for exchange, we will refund your money.

-Our online shopping is a mail order service accessed by customers, and the cooling-off period does not apply.

If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving the product

・If the product is soiled or damaged through customer's fault, or if it has been used, washed or altered even once.

・If odors occur while the product is in your possession

・If the invoice, product tag, accessories, or packaging (bag, case, box, etc.) is lost or damaged

- In cases where the product image is different, the wrong product was ordered, the number of items ordered was incorrect, or other reasons due to customer convenience

・If there is a difference of less than 2cm from the size chart

-Other cases where we determine that we cannot accept the exchange based on the above.


Delivery Information

・If you are shipping outside of Japan, please write your address in English. If you write your address in any language other than English, we may cancel your order. Thank you for your understanding.
*Currently, orders and deliveries are only available to Japan and Korea.
*If you are in Japan, please fill out in Japanese.

・We cannot ship multiple orders together.

・Normally, orders are shipped within 3 to 4 business days after the order is placed. However, there may be delays in shipping due to a large number of orders or shipping procedures. Please note this in advance.

・Pre-order items will take some time to ship. Please check the estimated delivery date on the product details page before placing your order.
*For pre-order items, the estimated delivery date is listed on the product details page, but please note that the delivery date may change due to production circumstances.

・Even after your order has been completed, we may be forced to cancel your order if we are unable to prepare the ordered item due to product defects, etc. Thank you for your understanding.

-Delivery may be delayed due to shipping and traffic conditions during the delivery company's busy season, the year-end and New Year holidays, and inclement weather.


Shipping of pre-ordered items

-The delivery date may vary depending on the product's availability.

・We do not notify customers of arrival dates. We are unable to respond to inquiries.

- Due to production reduction or cessation, products may not be delivered, and we may be forced to cancel your order.

-Delivery may be delayed due to shipping and traffic conditions during the delivery company's busy season, the year-end and New Year holidays, and inclement weather.

・Shipping will be done once all items purchased in the same cart are collected. However, depending on the number of items, we may ship the items separately.

-Please note that you cannot specify a desired delivery date and time.

- We will send you an email once your order has been shipped, either on the same day or the next day.

Long-term absence/incorrect address

・It is your responsibility to receive any products we send you.

- Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be redirected to a different address.

・If the parcel is returned due to an extended absence or an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs, packaging material costs, shipping fees, and other damages and expenses incurred by our store.

Please note that any bank transfer fees associated with the payment will be borne by the customer. If we are unable to confirm the transfer to the specified account within the deadline, we will consider this to be a malicious case and will take legal action.

・If we are unable to contact you within 7 days after sending you the reshipment notification, we will cancel your order.

Refunds may be made by bank transfer. In that case, please note that payments such as credit card payments will not be cancelled. Please contact us with your designated bank account.
When making a refund, we will deduct the above damages and expenses and refund the remaining amount.
Transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
If you refund by credit card, credit card transaction fees will not be refunded.
